We have chosen our two favourite NZ hops, Riwaka & Nelson Sauvin and dry hopped on a light pilsner malt base so the flavour profile of these hops shine through. Think passionfruit, grapefruit& citrus flavour from the Riwaka & white grape & gooseberry from the Nelson Sauvin.

From ancient Egyptian mythology Thoth was the god of the moon, wisdom, magic, writing, & science.Thoth was mainly depicted as a man with an ibis head but also as a baboon. He was the messenger of the sun god Ra and also acted as an advisor for the gods. Thoth had the responsibility of recording the verdict of the heart-weighing ceremony that determined if a person would continue to the afterlife. He was also a divine healer and cured the god Horus from a deadly scorpion sting.

SOBEK CALIFORNIA IPA 6.6% ABV 440ml

We have chosen three us hops, Mosaic, Strata and Ahhhroma and dry hopped on a light pilsner malt base in the Cali IPA style to allow the flavour profile of these hops to shine through. Think of a large array of tropical fruit flavours including mango, passionfruit, pineapple & melon along with stonefruit, citrus & berry.

From ancient Egyptian mythology Sobek was the god of strength, power, fertility & military prowess. He is either depicted as a crocodile or a man with the head of a crocodile. Sobek was the guardian of the river Nile and controlled the flooding which was crucial for agriculture by providing rich fertile silt. Soldiers often invoked Sobek during battle to seek courage and victory. Like a crocodile, Sobek had a savage demeanor and was relentless and cunning when pursuing prey.
